Koray Goytan is mechanical and building engineer with over 10 years of experience in project management, project design, design coordination, sustainability consultancy and commissioning authority stages of commercial building projects such as large-scale office, hotel, shopping center, hospital, data center. His experience is developed by working with multinational teams in Turkey, Italy and the GCC countries.

Koray joined the Turkey Sustainable Energy Financing Facility team as Deputy Team Leader and he has been working as Team Leader since April 2018 supporting numerous energy projects, including renewable energy projects. More recently, Koray was appointed as Team Leader in GEFF Türkiye of EBRD and Team Leader in Green Finance Turkey project of IFC targeting Manufacturing, Agriculture and Services sectors.
